Tata Motors KYC is an official app from Tata Motors for the Channel partners of passenger vehicles business which allows channel partners to view existing Primary contact information for a vehicle from Siebel and if required, edit & update the latest details by interacting with the customer. The edited request can be submitted to the Tata Motors call center directly through this app where an auto generated email will get triggered from the user’s Gmail ID to a pre-defined call center ID.
